How Status Tracking Works

Enter a complete mobile number and confirm its country code. Connect a WhatsApp account that you own. New visible online or offline changes then appear in one clear activity timeline.

Tracking Wherever You Are

Use the web dashboard to review visible status changes, recent activity, and account controls. The mobile app can also send alerts for new visible changes on supported mobile devices.

Clear Status Across Views

Review status events, event times, session lengths, and tracked numbers in one web dashboard. Supported mobile apps can also send alerts for new visible changes on compatible devices.

WaTrack Last Seen Tracker

Your signed-in web account keeps recorded data and billing access together. The responsive Last Seen Tracker shows setup, current results, and history across all common browser sizes.

Works Across Screen Sizes

Move from number entry to activity history with the same clear flow. The web dashboard adapts to common screen sizes, while supported mobile devices can also show clear status alerts.

Email

Access without a password

A short email code gives secure access without a reusable password.

Payment

Verified premium access

The server verifies Stripe checkout before premium activity appears.

One Account. Clear Access

Use one signed-in account to review recorded history, connection state, web billing, restored purchases, and data controls. Protected items remain together in one secure place online.

Web Plans. Clear Billing.

Choose weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime web access. Each plan supports the same status monitoring, recorded history, and account controls. The billing term is the only difference.

Start with a Valid Number

Select a country and enter a complete mobile number. You can also paste its international format. The system checks the calling code and whole number before dashboard setup can start.

Product principle

Complete Last Seen Tracker Guide 20 simple steps for setup, status history, account access, billing, privacy, support, and recovery Add
  1. People

    Enter a complete number

Start with the full international mobile number

The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker starts with a country choice. Enter the national mobile number, or paste a full international number. The form adds readable spacing. It keeps an incomplete or invalid value on the page for correction. WaTrack compares the normalized number after you continue. Remove letters, extensions, repeated calling codes, and extra punctuation. A pasted international number can change the selected country. Check the new flag and calling code. The dashboard uses the normalized country, calling code, and national number.

  2. Account

    Confirm the country code

Keep the flag, calling code, and number aligned

WaTrack compares the flag and calling code with the number you want to follow. Do not enter the calling code twice. Remove extensions and local prefixes that are not part of the international number. A local number can start with a zero that is not used internationally. WaTrack formats the value. Do not add a second zero. If the form does not continue, select the country again and reenter the full national part. This helps prevent the number from using the wrong country record.

  3. Payment

    Choose web access

Select the billing period that fits your use

WaTrack weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans provide the same web features. They use different billing terms. The checkout shows the selected plan, price, and renewal rule before payment. The server verifies the plan. The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker uses the billing term you select. Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans renew until canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. A plan does not change which status events are visible. Premium access does not start monitoring by itself. Your account, number, and authorized WhatsApp connection must also be ready.

  4. Email

    Use one account email

Keep the receipt, activation, and login together

WaTrack needs an email address that you can open and keep. The receipt and any required activation code go to this address. Use the same email for later login and Restore Purchase checks. The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker sends each code to the submitted address. Check the spelling before you request a code. Check the spam folder if a message is delayed. A different email can make an existing purchase appear missing. A real login email never asks for card details, remote device access, or a forwarded code.

  5. Secure

    Complete secure checkout

Review the plan before confirming payment

The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker uses Stripe card fields inside a secure payment element. The server verifies a completed checkout before it grants access. If payment is still processing, wait for the result. Do not open a second checkout. WaTrack shows the amount, billing term, and email before you pay. Keep the page open while confirmation returns. A loading screen does not mean that you must pay again. Check the existing result or use Restore Purchase first. A selected plan card cannot create access without server verification.

  6. Email

    Activate the purchase

Use the newest six-digit email code once

The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker can require a one-time activation code for a guest purchase. This code connects premium access to the email account. Open the newest message and enter all six digits without spaces. Wait for the resend timer before you request another code. WaTrack activation should update access without another payment. Check the spam folder before you resend. A new request can replace an older code. Use only the latest message. If access does not appear, sign in with the checkout email and use Restore Purchase. Do not buy the same plan again.

  7. Key

    Sign in without a password

Create a protected WaTrack account session

WaTrack asks for your email and a one-time code from the newest message. A correct code creates a protected server session and opens the account menu. No reusable password is required. The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker account menu opens protected activity through Dashboard. Use Log out when you finish. Closing a tab may leave the session active. Always sign out on a shared computer. Never approve or share a code that you did not request.

  8. Home

    Open the correct dashboard

Verify the selected number before setup continues

WaTrack shows the selected country, calling code, and national number. Check this number before you link WhatsApp, change settings, or remove records. Each later action applies to the displayed number. Opening the WaTrack Last Seen Tracker dashboard does not mean that setup is complete. The service checks the account session, premium access, WhatsApp connection, and monitoring state separately. Let the loading steps finish. If the number is wrong, return to the number form and submit the correct value.

  9. People

    Link an authorized WhatsApp account

Approve the linked-device connection you control

The WaTrack Last Seen Tracker provides QR and phone-code steps. Approve the connection from a WhatsApp account that you own or can manage. Pairing codes expire. Generate a new code when the page reports that the old code is no longer valid. WaTrack checks the linked session after you approve the request. Keep the linked phone online. Check that the expected session appears under Linked devices. A generated code does not prove that the connection is ready. Wait for the dashboard to confirm it. If the saved connection is stale, follow one clean reconnect flow.

  10. Pulse

Wait for collection to be ready

Monitoring begins only after connection succeeds

WaTrack shows the connection state on the dashboard. Waiting, pairing, connected, reconnecting, and error are different states. An empty history does not prove that the connection works. Reconnect only when the page reports a stale or failed link. Keep the WaTrack dashboard open while the server checks the connection. Do not refresh the page or create many pairing requests during confirmation. When setup is ready, the number and connection panel should show the expected account. Resolve any session, payment, network, or link error before you check history.

  11. Time

Wait for the first visible change

WaTrack does not fabricate or backfill activity

WaTrack can show the first result only after monitoring is ready. The contact must then make a new online or offline change that the linked account can see. Opening the dashboard does not create an event. Earlier activity cannot be rebuilt. WaTrack cannot set a fixed countdown for a visible change. A contact can stay in one state for a long time. Privacy settings can hide presence from the linked account. Network or linked-device problems can also delay a result. Check the monitoring state first. Then wait for a new visible change.

  12. History

    Read the event timeline

Use recorded timestamps as the chronology

Each WaTrack history row shows a visible state and the time when the server recorded it. Read the event list before you use a summary. Privacy changes, network gaps, or a stopped connection can leave the sequence incomplete. WaTrack can form a completed session from an online event and the next offline event. A single event is still valid, but it has no finished duration. Check the number, time, and status together. The timeline shows only what the linked account could see after setup. It is not a hidden or continuous record.

  13. Home

    Review sessions and averages

Treat summary cards as derived values

WaTrack can form a session from a recorded online event and the next offline event. The elapsed time becomes the session length. Daily totals and averages use these completed pairs. A missing change can make a total incomplete. WaTrack derives every summary from recorded events. Last Seen shows the newest recorded change. Sessions Today counts completed sessions. Online Today adds their recorded time. Average Session is a derived value. These cards are not separate sensors. Read Activity History when you need to check how a total was calculated.

  14. Alert

    Use mobile status alerts

Push notifications belong to the WaTrack mobile app

Supported WaTrack mobile versions can send alerts for new recorded changes. Notification permission and device delivery must be available. The web dashboard and mobile alerts can show the same account activity at different times. WaTrack needs notification permission for mobile delivery. Choose the online and offline alerts that you want for each followed number. Battery saving, background limits, network problems, or disabled permission can delay or stop delivery. The open web dashboard checks its own data. It does not deliver mobile push alerts.

  15. People

    Follow more than one number

Switch timelines without retyping every contact

WaTrack can remember several valid numbers in the browser. Each number has its own dashboard route. Check the active number before you review history or delete data. The local list and protected account records are separate. Use WaTrack Following to switch between saved numbers. Adding a number keeps the existing list. Removing a followed number targets that number and its stored activity. Signing out only ends the account session. Check the flag and full number before you remove anything.

  16. Lock

    Keep the account session secure

    Understand sign-out and browser storage

Signing out of WaTrack ends the active server session and hides protected controls. Clearing browser data can remove locally remembered numbers. It does not replace account controls. Sign out when you finish on a shared device. WaTrack verifies the plan on the server, so an edited page label cannot create premium access. Closing the browser can leave a valid session cookie. Use Log out when security matters. Clearing local storage does not cancel a subscription or erase server records. Use the correct billing and data controls.

  17. Payment

    Restore premium access

Recover an entitlement without buying twice

Sign in to WaTrack with the purchase email. Choose Restore Purchase in the plan dialog. The server checks for an active entitlement before it updates access. Check the email and activation state before you make another payment. A WaTrack restore does not change the tracked number or its activity. If no entitlement appears, make sure the login email matches the checkout email. Complete any required activation. Billing management, cancellation, login, and activity are separate controls. Check each one before you buy again.

  18. Pulse

    Resolve an empty timeline

Check every dependency in the correct order

WaTrack checks the account session, premium access, selected number, WhatsApp connection, and monitoring state. Then wait for a new visible change. If no result appears, check the linked phone network and the contact privacy settings. A WaTrack empty list does not show which step failed. Read the dashboard messages from top to bottom. Fix only the state that is not ready. Do not create repeated pairing requests. When all states are ready, keep the connection active until a new visible change occurs.

  19. Key

    Fix code or number errors

Use fresh credentials and normalized input

For WaTrack email problems, use the newest code and check the spam folder. Wait for the resend timer. For number problems, check the flag and calling code. Remove repeated prefixes, letters, and extensions. Then submit the full number again. WaTrack accepts the current six-digit code without spaces. A code can fail after expiry, use, too many wrong attempts, or a newer request. The number form rejects incomplete, long, mismatched, or invalid input. Correct the original field. Never share a verification message with a person who offers remote help.

  20. Account

    Protect privacy and remove data

    Use visible status tracking responsibly

WaTrack records only status information that the linked account can see. It does not reveal private messages, hidden presence, device contents, or physical location. Use it only for a permitted purpose. Remove a followed number when that purpose ends. Make sure your WaTrack use is lawful. Get any consent that your situation requires. Visibility can change because of the contact, linked account, platform, or local rules. Stop monitoring when the purpose ends. Check the selected number before deletion. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Services for full rules.
